* lisp/tmm.el (tmm-prompt): Use minibuffer-with-setup-hook.
`completing-read' will remove *Completions* and will preserve
current-buffer for us.
(tmm-add-prompt): Users of *Completions* will always (re)set its
major mode.
(tmm-old-comp-map): Remove.
